Our Online Return Policy:
• Contact us on the store phone during business hours. (430) 775-5084 and also send an email to email@example.com with your name and order number in the subject line. Include reason for return in the body of the email. Emails will only be acknowledged during business hours and it is your responsibility to contact us via telephone and verify receipt of email/discuss any returns, problems, etc. PLEASE do so immediately.
•NO special order items are eligible for return unless terms are made upon ordering. You can NOT cancel an item after the order is made as we immediately place the order and pay in advance for your merchandise.
•Due to our constantly changing inventory we do not allow exchanges online. We can't guarantee the desired size/style you need will be available. You may repurchase the item in the correct sizing you need or you can wait until you receive store credit to do so.
•Merchandise may be returned for store credit only. No cash or credit refunds.
•Returns are only accepted within 7 days of item being delivered to you. Sunday will not count against your seven days. For example: if you receive item on a Monday you have before the following Tuesday to ship those items back to the store. If item/items are ineligible for a return we will hold them until the customer pays another $7-$12 shipping fee dependent upon size/weight to have the item/items sent back to them.
To be eligible for a return; item/items must still have ALL tags intact, item must be unwashed, unworn, pet hair free, damage free, and odor free. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*CONSUELA will NOT be accepted without ALL ORIGINAL TAGS in tact and unscathed.
• NO RETURNS are accepted during sales or promotions.
• Customer is responsible for paying shipping cost for the return. Original shipping cost is non-refundable unless TRB Co is at fault.

ALL ISSUES WITH DAMAGES OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. CARRIER MISTAKES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED MERCH & SENT TRACKING. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM. WE WILL AND WANT TO HELP YOU IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. WE MUST KNOW IMMEDIATELY.
